Granted it was an extended stay, but the bed continued to fall off its railings, the TV was unclear and fuzzy on some channels, but more annoying was the lack of staff to take care of the loud guests who went on till 2pm. Staff was friendly and informative.

Snowplow oke me up early.

Check your directions twice when going to this hotel as there are Columbia Parkway, Columbia Road and Columbia 100 Parkway. The hotel was recently renovated and is very clean and comfy.

The price & location met our expectations.

The night clerk needs more training in procedures.

The hotel was fine and easy to locate. We arrived after minister and the night clerk was in not in a uniform. Given the hour we overlooked that matter however the next night we had a billing matter that is still under review. Our room however was what we expected and comfortable.
